You Know Who You Should Start?

Joe Flacco (QB – BAL) He's turned into a very reliable fantasy option as the season has gone on, and you can expect Flacco to turn it up another notch this week against a weak Texans defense in what could be a high scoring game.

Flacco, you see, is a staunch Republican who is extremely unhappy that his recently-signed lucrative contract will now be a little bit smaller under Obama's tax plan. Expect “Joe the Quarterback,” as he is often referred to, to take out his frustration on a helpless Texans secondary that Flacco plans to, in his own words, “Beat like the bunch of pansy ass Proposition 8 protesters they are.”

Flacco will be under intense pressure, though, from the opposition. When told of Flacco's comments, Texans DE and self-proclaimed “Obamaniac” Mario Williams responded, “He said what?!? Oh man, I can't wait to hit that asshole harder than the middle class has been hit by our current administration's deregulatory philosophy towards financial institutions and laissez-faire attitude towards the economic wellbeing of the working class. That fucker's gonna get got!” This is definitely a matchup to keep an eye on.

You Know Who You Should Also Start?

Sage Rosenfels (QB – HOU) With numerous back-ups taking over the starting reins this week (Brady Quinn, Daunte Culpepper, Shaun Hill), Rosenfels is the one with the best chance of making an immediate fantasy impact. Everyone remembers his idiotic fumble blowing the Colts game a few weeks ago, but they forget that until that point, the offense was running fairly well with Sage at the helm (and continued to do so last week when Rosenfels stepped in for an injured Schaub). The Texans offense has been moving the ball beautifully the past few weeks, a trend that should continue even with their back-up QB running the show.

Jerricho Cotchery (WR – NYJ) Favre's been awful lately, but we all know that won't stop him from throwing the ball a ton. Against a week Arizona secondary, I expect him to find some success and for Cotchery to be on the opposite end of a lot of those plays.

Marques Colston and Deuce McAllister (WR, RB – NO) The Saints are coming off the bye, and I expect the week off to have given them ample time to work out their two biggest offensive issues: getting their best WR (Colston) involved and reworking their running game around Deuce. Colston’s been back for a few weeks already, but look for this to be the game where he definitively announces his return to fantasy elite status.

Greg Camarillo (WR – MIA) Chad Pennington's newfound safety blanket should get plenty of looks against the beat-up Seattle secondary. While you can't count on Camarillo to find the end zone, you know Pennington's going to look his way throughout the game and he'll at least end up with solid yardage totals. If you need a WR replacement this week, you could do a lot worse.
